PNHS has several methods by which you can contact us. The main forms are by phone and email. Phone and email contact information is listed to the left. PNHS feels that email is the best way to contact us. Below are some way to contact us regarding specific issues:

Placing and Adoption or Adopting an animal
If you are interested in placing an adoption please use our adoption submission form located here. This form will prompt you for some questions about your animal, and email it to the proper contact within PNHS.

If you would like information about adopting one of our animals then please contact our Adoption chairperson by clicking here. Or you may contact the person halfway-housing the animal directly from our For Adoption page.

I would like information about Outreaches
If you would like to request PNHS perform an Outreach at your school or event, please use our Outreach submission form located here. This will place you in contact with the Outreach Chairperson who will follow up with our regarding the event.

Those interested in attending a PNWHS sponsored outreach should come to the next meeting and speak with the Outreach coordinator.
